One selection, many targets
A variant set is the same operation with only the target changed, so every colourway shares one selection: the same pixels move in each file, and the differences between files are the colours and nothing else. The thumbnails are drawn from your picture, each with its delivered hex underneath.
Before you publish a set
- If these are listing images, label each colourway as the product it shows; a recolour is a preview of a colour, not a photograph of a product that exists in it.
- Very light or very saturated targets on a mid-tone fabric are reduced to fit sRGB; the receipt says by how much.
Questions people bring to this page
- Can the variants be my own colours instead of an even spread?
- Yes. Choose Brand to make one variant per saved brand colour, or Pasted and paste a list of hex, rgb() or oklch() values — one variant each, up to sixteen. The even spread is still there for exploring.
- What is in the ZIP?
- Every variant rendered at full size by the same pass as the main export, plus a README.txt listing each file with the colour asked for, the colour its selection was actually given and the ΔE_OK between them. The ZIP is written in this tab.
- Is the same set produced every time?
- Yes. The even spread is fixed by the target and the count, and brand or pasted sets are used in their order, so a reload makes the same files with the same names.

Image data is never posted anywhere: decode, mask, remap and encode all happen inside this tab's memory, and that memory is released when you leave.
